Since joining Lecce Financial Services, LLC in 2019, Jenny has served as the backbone of the firm's daily operations. As Director of Operations, she combines sharp administrative excellence with a genuine passion for building strong, long-term client relationships.
A native of Oakdale, NY, Jenny holds a BBA from the Dowling Townsend School of Business. Her professional journey is complemented by a unique personal path; she married her husband in 1999 during his Navy service at Cherry Point Marine Corps Air Station, eventually relocating to Okinawa, Japan. Following his military retirement, they settled in the Capital District, where Jenny brought her extensive administrative talents to the Lecce team.
When she isn't optimizing firm operations, Jenny explores her creative side through interior design, fashion, gardening, and travel. She is also a dedicated dog trainer. Her intelligent eight-year-old German Shepherd, Hugo Stiglitz, takes his role as her "at-home co-worker" very seriously, frequently tuning into company conference calls.
